Eversince (Ever Since Compassion Was Lost)

Eversince can be played in any Fantasy setting and is not specifically tethered to the world of Creation.
This is not Earth.
This is Creation.
In the beginning of time, the Primordials created the world and everything in it. When the lesser Gods - known as the Celestial Incarna - decided they had enough of the Primordials abusing their Mortal charges, the Incarna turned against them, but could not attack them themselves. With the help of two Primordial traitors (Gaia and Autochthon), the Gods extended their power to the mortals on the surface of Creation; these mortals became known as The Exalted.
The Primordials had long since been banished to Malfeas (The Dead City) or outright destroyed. What was left of the Exalted had fallen into war and strife due to the the Great Curse the Primordials had inflicted upon them in their dying breath.
Ever Since Compassion Was Lost is a Solar Dawn-Caste Exalted. The Exalts were, at one point in time, mere mortals of no significance who are chosen - often at random - to receive a mere fraction of power from one of the Celestial Incarna. The Unconquered Sun is among the most recognized of them and is responsible for creating all of the Solar Exalted.
Exalted are not particularly known for their abilities to follow the rules of physics. In the hands of an Exalt, a 3.5 foot sword can cut a 7 foot diameter rock cleanly in half without explanation.
Eversince is skilled in both hand-to-hand and swordsmanship. He will never look a day over teenager and most Exalts have an average life span of 1500 years.
He has several strange mutations from non-consensual exposure to The Wyld; these include talons on his fingers and toes, furred and feathered forearms and calves and he carries on his back a set of large, feathery Falcon wings. His unique anatomy has also granted him Omnidexterity.
Eversince is excruciatingly kind-hearted and goes out of his way to help those in need. He often asserts himself between helpless mortals and enemies of the realm, but will not intervene in skirmishes between human armies unless non-combatant lives are put at risk.

In the intervening era, the Fair Folk invaded Creation from the edges of the Wyld - an event dubbed The Balorian Crusade. A single hero of the Dragon-Blooded armies - rose up and took control the Realm Defense Grid and created within it the Sword of Creation. With this weapon she single-handedly drove back the Fair Folk and declared herself the herald of the Realm - the Scarlet Empress.
Since then has waged a campaign against the Solar Exalted - the Wyld Hunt - to stop their Curse from being a burden upon others. Slaughtering them and locking their souls in prisons made of Jade was the only way to prevent them from reincarnating. Now, the dread armies of Malfeas - the Undead - and their Abyssal Exalted set their eyes on the Dragon-Blooded Hegemony.
It is now the early era of the Second Age; The Age of Sorrows. With the Realm facing multiple threats and on the verge of Civil War, Lytek - God of Exaltation - and his Accomplice the Maiden of Secrets, have released the Solar Exalts souls from their confinement. The Solars are slowly but surely returning in this new age as the Scarlet Empress, current herald of Creation, has suddenly disappeared.
